  2. Wash your hair only three or four times a week. 
  3. Keeping a little distance between washing will give the hair a chance to balance. 
  4. It will be slightly oily in the first week, but your hair will soon look more vibrant, shiny and healthy.
  5. Wash the hair with cold water. 
  6. Washing the hair with hot water is harmful for them, and it can lead to broken hair. 
  7. Washing with cold water brings the stalks of your hair closer, making them shiny healthy.

1.Use natural hair care products:




  1. Commercial products for hair care can give great results, but often they contain ingredients that dry   out your hair and can look discolored and lifeless. 
  2. If you use products made of herbs, oils and creams that nourish the hair, then soon you will see the   difference.
  3. Most shampoos are made with tough cleansers, called sulfates, which squeeze the natural oil of your hair, leaving it frayed and tangled.
  4. Choose natural shampoo made with purified herbs and oils. Find a natural foods store for options. Do not use shampoo at all for minimal chemicals.
  5. Conditioners made from aloe vera, coconut oil, butter and other pure substances increase the moisture of your hair, and keep them healthy and fresh.
  6. Avoid hairstyle products that contain a lot of chemicals. Instead of buying from stores, you can get your own hair gel and hair spray.

2.Try to stay away from dye and other permanent treatments:



If you use dye, bleach, Brazilian blowout, chemical straightener and curly chemical, etc., they can cause massive damage to your hair.

3.Give oil treatment to hair:

  5. Then wash with normal water.

  Making healthy lifestyle changes 

1.Eat hair-nourishing ingredients:



  1. A well-balanced diet with plenty of protein, vitamin B, iron, and omega-3 keeps your hair thick and healthy.
  2. Vitamin B keeps hair thick and strong. Eat fruits, vegetables and almonds to get enough vitamin B.
  3. Meat, chicken, pork, fish to obtain iron and protein. 
  4. Eat leafy greens like cabbage and spinach.
  5. Fish, walnuts, and avocado are excellent sources of omega-3, which help your hair stay shiny and healthy.

2.Protect your hair from the elements:

  3. Trim the hair only when they see that their ends are falling out. Alternatively, you can treat torn hair with a hair mask or glaze.
  4. Treat in a hair salon. If you get additional treatment, you will feel a huge difference!

Warning

Shaved hair cannot be treated with chapped hair. The only solution is hair sorting.
Beware of medicines that claim to make hair grow better or healthier. Not all of them will be bad for you, but some can be fake and harmful.
